About Me

Transforming ideas into exceptional digital experiences
Hello! I'm a Senior Software Engineer passionate about creating elegant and functional web solutions.
Hi, I'm Vinicius. Currently working with Stencil and .NET Core at a financial company. One of my favorite things to do on my free time (besides playing the guitar) is to build new architectures in order to challenge myself with new development patterns. Besides, one of my hobbies includes learning new stacks, for instance, right now I'm quite interested in Swift / SwiftUI.
For the past few years I've also been interested in learning new languages and cultures, especially the nordic ones. You can reach me at my e-mail, if you want to see my personal projects, check out projects section.

Professional Experience
My professional journey includes work with innovative companies, leading challenging projects and delivering high-quality solutions.
Senior Software Engineer
CurrentPELM team, within Product Delivery Technology. Building the services behind the LEGO Development Process: event-sourced systems, high-volume data consumption across domains, and an ontology that gives all of it a shared meaning.
Responsibilities
- Event-sourced services in F# and C#, with Apache Pulsar as the event backbone and Postgres as the store
- High-volume data pipelines across product domains, focused on throughput, idempotency and replay
- Ontology modelling in RDF/Turtle and SPARQL querying, giving product data a shared vocabulary
- End-to-end ownership: from design to the Docker container running in production (you build it, you run it)
Senior Software Engineer

What I am building, learning, and heading towards right now.
Updated September 2026
Building
Tripfinity, an iOS travel planner in SwiftUI on a .NET backend, and IdentityKit — an open-source KYC SDK with document capture and liveness.
Learning
F#, and semantic modelling: RDF, Turtle and SPARQL. I came from years of object-oriented C#; the new work leans functional and graph-shaped, so I am closing that gap now.
Next
Newly joined The LEGO Group PELM team in Billund. The next few months are about going deep on ontology and the functional side of event sourcing.
